Important information
Before completing your registration, please take a moment to review the important details below. This information will help ensure a smooth event experience, from registration and check-in to receiving your Certificate of Attendance, and will guide you through the key steps to follow before, during, and after the event.
To ensure a smooth and efficient event experience, it is essential that each participant registers with a unique email address. This allows us to send important communications and updates, correctly identify participants on the day of the event during check-in, and accurately issue certificates of attendance. Using a unique professional email also helps maintain clear records and avoids any confusion or duplication in our systems.
Note: Each participant must register using a unique professional or institutional email address (e.g. a school or organisation domain). Please do not use generic email addresses (e.g. info@email.com) or email accounts that have already been used by another participant.
To ensure a smooth and quick check-in process, all participants are required to present their unique QR code upon arrival. This allows our staff to verify attendance efficiently and avoid delays at the entrance.
Check-in procedure: Upon arrival at the event, please present your unique QR code to the staff at the entrance. Your QR code can be found in your registration confirmation email and can be shown either digitally (on your smartphone) or as a printed copy.
If you cannot find your QR code: Please check your email inbox (including spam or junk folders) for your confirmation message. If you are still unable to locate it, our staff will assist you at the entrance using your registered professional email address.
Your Certificate of Attendance will be issued within 48 hours after the event and sent via email. You will find it attached or accessible within the post-event communication email.
Please make sure to register using your correct name and surname, with appropriate spelling and capitalisation, as these details will appear exactly as entered on your certificate. Incorrect or inconsistent formatting may result in errors that could delay or prevent certificate re-issuance.
For guidance on how to download, print, save, or customise your certificate, please click on the instructions link provided here.
